The pipe UHT sterilizer is mainly used for sterilization in high viscosity products with fiber and bigger fiesh,and other pruducts with high acidity,such as fruit juice,jam,coffe beverage,sterilized milk.Sterilization temperature is at 80°C~140°C.

This pipe UHT sterilizer’s noise is low and the overall machine is easy to maintain

Working Theory:

1. This equipment is composed of tubular heat exchanger, product balance system, steam system, cooling system, electrical cabinet.

2. Tubular heat exchanger is the core equipment and used to do high temperature sterilization, heat recycle and cooling. You can adjust the heat preservation time according to different treated liquid. 

We provide tubular sterilizer from1000 per hour to 15000L per hour.

3. Product balance system provides constant treated liquid flow and pressure for heat exchanger. It can make sure the sterilizing temperature, time, outlet temperature and flow.  Steam system can provide thermal energy for treated liquid. It can control sterilization temperature via temperature sensor and keep constant sterilization temperature. 

4. Cooling system will cool treated liquid into certain production temperature and backflow temperature.

5. Electric cabinet and frame equipped with PLC, electric switch and pneumatic device including all the compressed air valves, switch, air pipes, eclectic relay, flow meter controlling device and control button. Most modules are equipped on the frame, which has adjustable stainless steel legs and pads.
